Position: Office Manager & Customer Relationship Executive (Female)

Location: Lucknow

Role Overview

We are seeking a smart, proactive, and organized female professional to manage office operations while also handling customer relationships, telecalling, lead follow-ups, and sales coordination. The ideal candidate should be capable of acting as a key point of contact between customers and the company, ensuring smooth office functioning and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Office Management

• Oversee day-to-day office operations.

• Maintain records, documents, and MIS reports.

• Coordinate with management, vendors, and team members.

• Schedule meetings and manage administrative tasks.

Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.

• Ensure customer satisfaction and timely follow-ups.

• Maintain customer databases and CRM records.

Telecalling & Sales Support

• Call prospective customers and generate leads.

• Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into business opportunities.

• Coordinate with the sales team for quotations and proposals.

• Track sales pipeline and maintain follow-up records.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.

• Strong telecalling and customer-handling abilities.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.

• Confident, presentable, and professional personality.

• Ability to multitask and work independently.

• 1–5 years of experience in customer relations, telecalling, office administration, or sales coordination preferred.
