We are looking for a Tele calling to join our team at WELLNESS MAHOTSAV PRIVATE LIMITED. The role involves updating accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems as required. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a salary of ₹12,000 - ₹18,000 + Incentive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

• Handle incoming customer calls and provide proper information.

• Explain products/services to customers in a clear and professional manner.

• Follow up with leads and interested customers regularly.

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products/services.

• Maintain proper records of calls, leads and customer details.

• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling and sales targets.

• Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns professionally.

• Build and maintain good relationships with customers.

• Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and follow-ups.

• Prepare daily calling and sales reports.

• Maintain regular follow-up with pending and interested leads.

Job Requirements:

We are looking for a Telecaller / Telecalling Executive to handle customer calls and leads, understand customer requirements and provide proper information about our products or services. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, following up with customers, handling inquiries, explaining products/services, converting leads into sales and maintaining customer records.
