Job Title: Telecalling Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to handle customer calls, explain our products/services, generate leads, and follow up with potential customers. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

• Explain products/services clearly to customers.

• Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls.

• Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.

• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information.

• Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns.

• Maintain customer information and call records.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

• Coordinate with the sales team for further follow-up.

• Maintain professional and polite communication with customers.

Requirements

• Good communication skills.

• Basic Hindi and English communication.

• Confident and comfortable speaking on the phone.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Freshers can apply.

• Telecalling/sales experience will be an advantage.
