Telecaller / Telemarketing Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services, answer queries, and generate leads or sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and receive inbound calls
Explain products or services clearly and accurately
Answer customer questions and handle objections politely
Maintain and update customer information in databases
Follow call scripts and company guidelines
Generate leads, schedule appointments, or close sales (as applicable)
Achieve daily and monthly call and sales targets
Handle customer complaints and escalate when required
Requirements & Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (graduate preferred)
Proven experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or similar role (preferred)
Excellent verbal communication skills
Ability to speak clearly and persuasively
Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
