Ubitech Solution is looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Telecaller to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, promoting our products/services, and converting leads into sales through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers

• Explain company products and services clearly and confidently

• Generate leads and follow up on sales inquiries

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions

• Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer interactions

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

• Handle customer questions and objections professionally

• Coordinate with the sales and support teams for smooth operations

Requirements & Skills

• Proven experience as a telecaller or in sales (preferred, but freshers can apply)

• Excellent communication skills in [English / Local Language]

• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)

• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Qualifications

• Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred

• Sales or customer service experience is an advantage
