We are looking for a Tele calling to join our team at Tutorcabin Private Limited. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹10,000 - ₹13,000 and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers/leads.
Explain the company's services clearly and professionally.
Understand customer requirements and answer their queries.
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer details in the CRM/Excel.
Ensure timely follow-up on pending enquiries.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude during all customer interactions.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 2 years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.
