Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

• Explain products and services over the phone.

• Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales.

• Follow up with customers to close sales opportunities.

• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Update customer interactions and sales details in the CRM system.

• Handle customer queries professionally and escalate issues when required.

Candidate Requirements

• Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of tele sales/customer service experience are welcome.

• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM tools.

• Positive attitude with a target-oriented mindset.

• Willingness to work from the office.
