Job Title: Sales Executive (Fresher & Experienced)

Job Description

We are looking for energetic and self-motivated Sales Executives to join our growing team. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage customer leads.

• Contact potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, and follow-ups.

• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property solutions.

• Schedule and coordinate client meetings and site visits.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and offers.

• Achieve monthly sales targets.

• Maintain customer records and follow-up data.

• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth deal closure.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email).

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

• Good follow-up and customer handling skills.

• Team player with strong time management skills.

Eligibility

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.

• Real Estate sales experience will be an added advantage.
