About Us

The Insurance Portal is a fast-growing motor insurance service provider, working with trusted insurance partners to offer seamless solutions to agents, dealers, and customers. We are expanding our team and looking for motivated Tele-Calling Executives to onboard new agents and dealership partners.

Role & Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential agents, dealers, and business partners for onboarding in motor insurance.

• Explain company services, motor insurance products, commission structure, and partnership benefits.

• Maintain and update CRM records of calls, leads, and conversions.

• Follow up with interested leads and ensure smooth onboarding of new agents/dealers.

• Build strong relationships with existing partners to ensure continued engagement.

• Provide basic training or guidance on policy issuance, documentation, and portal usage.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and onboarding.

• Coordinate with internal teams for partner activation and issue resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum graduate preferred.

• Good communication and convincing skills (Hindi mandatory, English optional).

• Basic knowledge of motor insurance (training will be provided).

• Ability to handle outbound calling and follow-ups confidently.

• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.

• Experience in tele-calling, telesales, insurance, or BPO will be an advantage.
