About the Company

The Dogs-N-Dude Company is a growing wholesale brand specializing in premium pet accessories including dog harnesses, collars, toys, and other pet products. We supply our products to pet stores and retailers across India through an efficient online ordering system and fast dispatch services. We are looking for enthusiastic telecallers who can connect with pet shop owners and help grow our retail network.

Job Role

We are hiring Telecallers / Sales Executives who will communicate with pet store owners and retailers across India, introduce our products, and help them place wholesale orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Call pet shop owners and retailers from the provided database.

• Introduce company products and explain product features and pricing.

• Build relationships with pet store owners and generate repeat orders.

• Convince potential retailers to start purchasing from our brand.

• Record call details and maintain customer information in the system.

• Follow up with existing customers to generate regular orders.

• Coordinate with the dispatch team regarding order status when required.

Work Details

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday

• Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM

• Job Location: Eldeco Green Meadows, PI-1, Greater Noida

• Work Mode: Office-based

Candidate Requirements

• Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus).

• Comfortable speaking with customers on phone for sales.

• Basic knowledge of using a smartphone or computer.

• Experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.

• Positive attitude and willingness to achieve sales targets.
