About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and communicative Telecaller to join our team at Derma Magnetica. This role involves connecting with potential clients, explaining our premium skincare and hair transplant services, and scheduling appointments. Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate interest in our services

• Explain our skin, laser, and hair transplant services clearly and professionally

• Handle client queries with patience and provide accurate information

• Schedule appointments and manage the booking calendar efficiently

• Maintain detailed call logs and accurate data entries in our system

• Follow up with prospective and existing clients professionally

• Ensure data accuracy and contribute to smooth clinic operations

• Support administrative tasks to assist other departments when needed

• Generate call reports and summaries for internal review

Requirements

Education & Experience:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

• Experience: 0-2 years in telecalling or customer service (Freshers are encouraged to apply)

Skills & Qualities:

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

• High level of accuracy in data management

• Prior telecalling experience is a plus but not mandatory

• Maintain confidentiality of client information at all times

Work Schedule:

• Full-time position
