Job Purpose

The Sales Executive will be responsible for handling showroom customers, identifying their requirements, demonstrating LIBAN products, closing sales, and carrying out disciplined follow-up of enquiries.

The role requires strong customer-service behaviour, product learning, and consistent follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement

• Welcome every showroom customer professionally.

• Understand mattress size, comfort requirement, budget, and usage.

• Ask appropriate questions before recommending a product.

• Maintain a friendly and helpful customer experience.

Product Selling

• Learn LIBAN mattress products and specifications.

• Demonstrate suitable products.

• Explain differences between various mattress models.

• Communicate price, warranty, comfort, material, and benefits clearly.

• Promote suitable accessories and complementary products.

Sales

• Achieve assigned sales targets.

• Encourage genuine customers towards purchase decisions.

• Handle basic customer objections.

• Maintain discipline while discussing discounts.

• Escalate special pricing requirements to the manager.

Follow-Up Management

• Record all serious enquiries.
