Follow a structured sales script and maintain high professionalism.
Build strong relationships with prospective students.
Schedule counselling sessions, campus visits, or demo classes.
Maintain daily call reports and update CRM regularly.
Follow up consistently to close admissions.
Achieve monthly enrollment targets.
Handle basic queries related to jobs, placements, and certifications.
Excellent communication (Kannada + English required).
Confidence in speaking over phone.
Ability to understand student needs and suggest the right program.
Basic computer & CRM handling skills.
Strong follow-up and closing ability.
Target-driven and self-motivated attitude.
Degree in any field.
Experience in telecalling, counselling, or EdTech sales is an added advantage.
