Job Title: Telecalling Executive

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, interacting with potential customers, explaining our solar products and services, and generating leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Contact potential customers and explain Solarrun's solar products and services.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team when required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support is preferred.
- Ability to handle customers professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Experience: 1–3 years preferred.
