We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team at Simplix Consultancy. The role involves interacting with prospective candidates over phone calls, explaining available job opportunities, scheduling interviews, and maintaining accurate call records. With a supportive work environment and opportunities for career growth, this position offers an in-hand salary of ₹10,000 per month.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to candidates regarding job opportunities.

• Handle inbound inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.

• Explain job roles, eligibility criteria, and recruitment processes clearly.

• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates regularly.

• Maintain accurate records of calls and candidate interactions in the system.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective candidates.

• Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely candidate processing.

• Achieve daily and monthly calling and follow-up targets.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: Any Graduate.

• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

• Good communication skills in English knowledge.

• Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.

• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment with a positive attitude.

• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
