Job Description – Telecaller Executive

💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month

⏰ Office Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

About the Role

Siddhi Filter Media is hiring an energetic and confident Telecaller Executive for outbound calling and customer communication.

The role involves cold calling industrial clients, introducing company products, generating leads, and maintaining follow-up records.

Key Responsibilities

Telecalling & Customer Interaction

• Make outbound cold calls to industrial clients daily.

• Explain company products and services professionally.

• Connect with decision-makers and generate business inquiries.

• Handle customer objections and answer basic product-related questions.

Lead Follow-up

• Maintain daily call records and follow-up details.

• Coordinate with the sales team for client requirements.

• Share product catalogs and company information through WhatsApp or Email.

Data Management

• Maintain customer database and calling reports in MS Excel.

• Update lead status and follow-up schedules regularly.

Required Skills

• 12th Pass or Graduate.

• Fresher or 0–1 years experience in Telecalling or Customer Support.

• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language preferred.

• Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.

• Confident speaking skills and positive attitude.
