We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team at Satwik Universe Pvt. Ltd.
The role involves communicating with customers over the phone, providing accurate information, maintaining call records, and supporting the sales and operations team. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a salary of ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 In-Hand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers to promote company services and gather feedback.

• Handle inbound inquiries with professionalism and provide required information.

• Maintain and update customer databases with accurate call details and follow-ups.

• Communicate with the sales and service teams to ensure smooth coordination.

• Meet daily and weekly call targets as assigned by the supervisor.

• Ensure a polite, respectful, and customer-friendly approach during all interactions.

• Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information at all times.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.

• 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (freshers can also apply).

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

• Good listening skills, patience, and a positive attitude.

• Ability to manage multiple calls and follow up efficiently.
