Job Description

📢 URGENT HIRING: Demo & Review Calling Executive

Company: Rico Appliances Pvt. Ltd. (Est. 1965)


📍 Location: Khar West, Mumbai (Western Line candidates preferred)


💼 Work Mode: Onsite


🕘 Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM


💰 Salary: ₹18,000 ₹20,000/month + Quarterly Performance Incentives + Benefits (Bonus, PF, Gratuity)


🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to Amazon customers for product installation guidelines.


Call customers to gather feedback on complaints and request Amazon reviews/ratings.


Maintain accurate customer calling data in MS Excel.


🔹 Requirements:

Education: HSC (12th) or Any Graduate


Experience: 0 to 1 Year (Freshers welcome!)


Skills: Good English & Hindi communication, basic Excel knowledge.
