Job Title: Telecalling Executive (Female)

Job Description:

We are looking for a female Telecalling Executive to join RM ENTERPRISES. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, generating leads, following up with inquiries, explaining our products and services, maintaining customer records, and supporting the sales team. Good communication skills in Tamil are required. Basic computer knowledge and a positive attitude are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers.

Handle customer inquiries professionally.

Generate and follow up on sales leads.

Update customer details and call records.

Coordinate with the sales team.
