We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team and handle inbound and outbound calls to potential and existing clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer queries effectively.
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
Handle inbound calls from customers and resolve their queries efficiently.
Explain product or service details clearly and persuasively.
Maintain a database of customer information and update it regularly.
Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication with clients.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
Handle complaints professionally and escalate complex issues when needed.
Maintain call records and prepare reports on customer interactions and outcomes.
Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (additional languages are a plus).
Strong listening and persuasive skills.
Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM tools is preferred.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support will be an advantage.
