Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our calling team for Angel One. As a Customer Support Executive, your primary role will be to engage with clients over the phone, explain our financial products/services, assist with account opening, and provide timely support to ensure client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential or existing clients regarding Angel One services.
Explain features and benefits of demat & trading accounts, stock market investment options, etc.
Assist clients with account opening and onboarding processes.
Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain call logs and update client records accurately.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.
Requirements:
Minimum 12th pass or Graduate in any discipline.
Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service preferred.
Good communication skills in English and regional languages.
Basic understanding of financial products or interest in stock markets is a plus.
Goal-oriented and able to work under pressure.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred).
