Job Responsibilities:

·       Promote and sell Health insurance products to potential customers.

·       Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.

·       Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and online sources.

·       Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.

·       Maintain relationships with clients and provide after-sales support.

·       Stay up-to-date with insurance product knowledge and industry trends.

Candidate Requirements:

·       Education: Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.

·       Experience: 0–2 years in sales/insurance/banking/ tele calling preferred.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

·       Self-motivated and team-oriented attitude.
