Telecalling Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to handle customer calls, explain our services, follow up with interested customers, and maintain proper customer records.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

• Explain products/services clearly and answer customer queries.

• Follow up with interested customers regularly.

• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.

• Maintain call details and customer information in the CRM/system.

• Coordinate with the internal team for further processing.

• Maintain professional and polite communication with customers.

• Work towards achieving assigned targets.

Requirements

• 3–6 months of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service or sales preferred.

• Telugu is mandatory.

• Good verbal communication and convincing skills.

• Comfortable making outbound calls.

• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
