Job Title: Telecaller Executive

Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month + Incentives

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Telecaller Executive who can generate leads, follow up with customers, and support the sales team for our German Hanger, Pagoda, SRF Fabric, and Aluminium Profile products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to new and existing customers.

• Generate sales inquiries and fix appointments.

• Follow up on quotations and pending orders.

• Maintain daily call reports and client database.

• Share product details and pricing with customers.

• Coordinate with Sales and Dispatch department.

• Focus on old clients for repeat orders.

• Achieve daily and monthly targets.

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills (Hindi & Basic English).

• Confident and convincing personality.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel.

• Ability to handle customer queries.

Qualification:

• 12th Pass / Graduate.

• 0–2 years experience (Telecalling/Sales preferred).

Working Hours:

• 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM

• Sunday Off

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
