Position: Telesales Executive
Job Summary:
A Telesales Executive is responsible for contacting potential and existing customers by phone to promote and sell the company’s products or services. The role includes explaining product benefits, answering customer questions, and closing sales to achieve company targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain and update customer records in the system.
Follow up with customers to close sales.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
Coordinate with the sales and dispatch team for order processing.
