We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Tele-Caller to join our immigration team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, providing accurate information about overseas visas, and converting leads into walk-ins and enrollments.
Make outbound calls to potential clients and provide information regarding immigration programs
Handle inbound calls and address customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Follow up with leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email to convert them into client visits and registrations.
Maintain a strong understanding of immigration services, eligibility criteria, and documentation.
Update CRM/database regularly with call logs, lead status, and follow-ups.
Achieve weekly and monthly targets for lead conversion and appointments.
Build positive relationships with clients to ensure trust and long-term engagement.
Coordinate with counsellors and senior staff for smooth handover of interested clients.
Minimum educational qualification: 12th pass/Graduate.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
Confident, energetic, and customer-focused personality.
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
