My Big Trip is a leading travel company specializing in Domestic & International Holiday Packages, Group Tours, Backpacking Trips, Honeymoon Packages, Family Vacations, Corporate Travel (MICE), Visa Assistance, Travel Insurance, and more.

We're looking for energetic, confident, and target-driven Tele Sales Executives who love talking to people and converting travel enquiries into happy customers.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Contact leads generated through Facebook, Instagram, Google, WhatsApp and other marketing campaigns.

• Understand customer travel requirements and qualify their interest.

• Explain tour packages, pricing, offers, inclusions and payment process.

• Follow up with interested customers through calls, WhatsApp and SMS.

• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.

• Coordinate with the Holiday Consultant team for itinerary sharing and bookings.

• Achieve daily calling targets and monthly sales targets.

• Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent service.

• Reconnect with old leads and generate repeat business.

• Handle customer objections professionally and convert enquiries into bookings.

Eligibility

• Graduate preferred (12th Pass with relevant experience may also apply).

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi.

• Basic English communication is an advantage.

• Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Sheets/Excel and CRM software.

• Freshers with excellent communication can apply.

• Experience in Tele Calling, Tele Sales, Customer Support, Travel Sales, Insurance or Real Estate Sales will be preferred.
