Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team in Vashi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products/services, generating qualified leads, and converting prospects into customers. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases and leads.
Introduce and explain the company's products and services.
Generate new business opportunities through telemarketing and telesales.
Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM or Excel.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
Coordinate with the sales team for qualified lead handovers.
Handle customer queries professionally and build long-term relationships.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, telemarketing, or customer support.
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software is an advantage.
Target-oriented with a proactive approach.
Minimum qualification: HSC/Graduate.
Ability to work from the Vashi office.
