Key Responsibilities:
Initiate outbound cold calls to prospective clients across various industries.
Utilize pre-approved scripts to communicate the features and benefits of IT products and services.
Understand client requirements and recommend tailored software/IT solutions.
Upsell and cross-sell relevant services to existing and potential customers.
Maintain accurate and updated records of leads, client conversations, and sales in the CRM system.
Handle incoming inquiries from existing clients and redirect to appropriate departments when necessary.
Conduct timely follow-ups on leads and previous calls to convert prospects.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
Minimum of a High School Diploma; a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or IT is a plus.
At least 1 year of telesales or telemarketing experience, preferably in an IT/software company.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
Ability to remain professional and calm under pressure.
Comfortable with cold calling and working towards sales targets.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho CRM).
A results-oriented attitude and the ability to work independently.
