Job వివరణ

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident interns to join our team as Telecallers. The role involves connecting with potential customers, explaining our products/services, and generating leads or sales through outbound and inbound calls.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Explain company products (Ayurveda, wellness, etc.) clearly
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
Generate leads and follow up on prospects
Maintain call records and update CRM or Excel sheets
Build positive relationships with customers
Skills Required
- Good communication skills (Hindi, English, Bengali preferred)
- Confident speaking and convincing ability
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, calling tools)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
  Working Hours- 10 am to 7 pm
