Job Description

Lightyear Networks Private Limited is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecaller / Tele Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong convincing and communication skills with a passion for sales and customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote company services

• Explain products and services clearly and professionally

• Convince customers and generate sales leads

• Follow up with interested customers and close sales

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in telecalling or sales

• Excellent communication and convincing skills

• Ability to negotiate and close sales

• Confident, polite, and customer-focused approach

• Basic knowledge of computers and CRM systems is a plus

• Ability to work under targets and pressure
