Telecalling Executive
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers and provide information about products/services.
Fix appointments with interested parties and coordinate with the Sales team.
Follow up with customers regularly to support conversion.
Maintain professionalism, polite communication, and good customer service on every call.
Keep records of calls, follow-ups, and customer details updated in the system.
Requirements:
Basic computer knowledge for data entry, MS Word, and Excel, and maintaining call records.
Good communication skills with a clear and polite speaking style.
Ability to handle customer queries patiently and professionally.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
