We are looking for a confident and energetic Tele Calling Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls and inform customers about our products and services.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls and handle inbound calls
Explain company products/services to customers
Answer customer queries politely and professionally
Maintain call records and follow-ups

Requirements:

Good communication skills in English/Hindi
Basic computer knowledge
Positive attitude and confidence
Minimum qualification: Graduate
