Job Summary:

The Insurance Telesales Executive is responsible for generating sales by making outbound calls, explaining insurance products, handling customer queries, and achieving sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

* Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

* Explain insurance products, features, benefits, and premiums.

* Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate insurance plans.

* Generate leads and convert them into sales.

* Follow up with potential customers to close sales.

* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

* Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

* Handle customer objections professionally and resolve queries.

* Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.

* Coordinate with underwriting and customer service teams when required.

Required Skills:

* Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

* Basic computer knowledge and CRM proficiency.

* Customer-focused attitude.

* Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

* Good listening and problem-solving skills.
