Job Summary:

The Insurance Telesales Executive is responsible for generating sales by making outbound calls, explaining insurance products, handling customer queries, and achieving sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

• Explain insurance products, features, benefits, and premiums.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate insurance plans.

• Generate leads and convert them into sales.

• Follow up with potential customers to close sales.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Handle customer objections professionally and resolve queries.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.

• Coordinate with underwriting and customer service teams when required.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

• Basic computer knowledge and CRM proficiency.

• Customer-focused attitude.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

• Good listening and problem-solving skills.
