Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and energetic Female Telecaller with strong communication skills, excellent convincing power, and good sales knowledge. The candidate should be capable of handling customer inquiries, generating leads, explaining products/services effectively, and converting prospects into customers. Experience in a relevant industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound and receive inbound calls to potential and existing customers.

• Explain company products/services clearly and professionally.

• Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales.

• Maintain regular follow-up with clients and prospects.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer details.

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for lead management.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.

• Good understanding of sales techniques and customer handling.

• Ability to work under targets and pressure.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, Email handling).

• Positive attitude and professional behavior.

• Prior experience in telecalling, sales, customer service, or relevant industry preferred.

• Fluency in Hindi and Basic English communication required.
