Job Description

We are looking for a Female Telecaller / Client Conversion Executive to join our office team.

The candidate will be responsible for calling and following up with Photography, Wedding & Event leads, understanding client requirements, explaining our services and converting enquiries into confirmed clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Call photography, wedding and event leads.

• Understand client requirements and explain our services/packages.

• Follow up with interested clients regularly.

• Handle WhatsApp enquiries and client communication.

• Schedule client meetings/calls.

• Maintain lead and follow-up records.

• Work towards converting enquiries into bookings.

• Coordinate with the photography and event planning team.

Requirements

• Good communication skills in Hindi & English.

• Confident and professional on phone calls.

• Prior experience in Telecalling, Sales, Telesales, Inside Sales or Customer Handling preferred.

• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

• Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge.

• Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in Photography, Wedding, Event, Hospitality, Sales or Lead Conversion will be preferred.
