Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a sales mindset, and the ability to understand customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research

• Generate leads and convert them into clients

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients

• Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations

• Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions

• Negotiate contracts and close deals

• Achieve sales targets and KPIs

• Collaborate with marketing and product teams for strategy alignment
