Job Title: Telecalling Sales Executive, Real Estate

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecalling Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, explaining property offerings, generating qualified leads, scheduling site visits, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases and marketing leads.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial properties.
• Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, offers, and location advantages.
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
• Schedule and coordinate site visits with interested customers.
• Follow up regularly with prospects to nurture leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/software.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
• Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely information.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and customer follow-up.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or real estate sales.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and local language preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
• Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in real estate telecalling or property sales.
• Knowledge of residential and commercial real estate projects.
• Experience handling inbound and outbound sales calls.
