Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to leads generated from databases, campaigns adc, or referrals to pitch secured and unsecured loan products.
Educate prospects on loan options, including interest rates, eligibility criteria, repayment terms, and benefits (e.g., quick disbursal for unsecured loans, lower rates for secured loans).
Assess customer needs and recommend suitable loan products (secured for larger amounts with assets, unsecured for quick, collateral-free needs).
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Achieve monthly/quaterly targets for call volume, lead conversion, and sales closures.
Resolve customer objections and escalate complex issues to supervisors.
Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and regulatory guidelines (e.g., RBI norms for loans in India).
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve sales techniques.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Education: Under-Graduate/Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Business background preferred).
Experience: 0 – 6 months in tele calling, tele sales, or customer service; fresher with strong communication skills are welcome.
Skills:
Excellent verbal communication in English and Local Language.
Persuasive selling skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Basic knowledge of financial products, especially loans (training provided).
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce or similar).
Strong listening skills and empathy to handle diverse customer profiles.
