Job Title: Telesales Executive

Role Objective

The Telesales Account Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and engaging potential customers through outbound telemarketing. This role requires a professional communicator who can qualify leads, present value propositions, and close sales while maintaining the highest standards of brand integrity.

Core Responsibilities

• Business Development: Execute high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients to generate interest and qualify leads.

• Consultative Selling: Conduct needs-discovery conversations to align our products/services with client requirements.

• Pipeline Management: Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing, ensuring all data is accurately captured in the CRM .

• Revenue Generation: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

• Market Feedback: Provide insights to the marketing and product teams based on common customer objections or requests.

Professional Qualifications

• Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in a telesales, inside sales, or business development role.

• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a neutral, professional accent.

• Negotiation: Demonstrated ability to handle complex objections and navigate through gatekeepers to reach decision-makers.

• Resilience: A high degree of emotional intelligence and the ability to maintain peak performance in a target-driven environment.

• Education: HSC , GRADUATE
