Job Responsibilities
Contact and follow up with leads generated through Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads.
Understand customer requirements and qualify leads.
Convert inquiries into potential customers by scheduling meetings or closing sales.
Explain Decorum Furniture's products and services professionally.
Maintain accurate customer records, follow-up schedules, and sales data in Excel/CRM.
Coordinate with the sales and design teams for customer requirements.
Regularly follow up with existing and pending leads.
Achieve monthly lead conversion and sales targets.
Prepare daily call reports and update lead status.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi and basic English.
Experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support is preferred.
Comfortable using Excel, Google Sheets, CRM software, and WhatsApp Business.
Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
Positive attitude with a target-oriented approach.
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
Qualifications
Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
1–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Sales, or Customer Service.
Experience in furniture, interior, real estate, or B2B sales will be an added advantage.
