A Telecaller is responsible for communicating with customers over the phone to promote products/services, generate leads, provide information, and resolve customer queries. The role involves both inbound and outbound calling while maintaining professional customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers.
Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide support.
Explain company products and services clearly.
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
Follow up with prospective and existing customers.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information in CRM systems.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
Address customer concerns and resolve complaints professionally.
Collect customer feedback and share it with management.
