Job Description

Corestone Real Estate is looking for a confident and Growth-oriented Telecaller to join our sales team. The role is focused on outbound calling, understanding customer requirements, generating genuine property leads and converting them into site visits and sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential buyers using company-provided leads and databases.

• Understand customer requirements including budget, location, property type and purchase timeline.

• Explain relevant residential and investment projects clearly and accurately.

• Identify genuine and qualified buyers.

• Schedule and coordinate site visits with the Business Development Manager.

• Follow up with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp.

• Maintain proper lead, call and follow-up records in the CRM/lead tracker.

• Coordinate with the sales team from lead generation → site visit → booking.

• Handle basic customer queries and objections professionally.

• Achieve assigned calling, lead generation and site visit targets.

• Ensure timely and consistent follow-up with potential customers.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in telecalling, telesales or real estate sales preferred.

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.

• Confident and comfortable making outbound calls.

• Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.

• Target-oriented and motivated by performance incentives.

• Basic knowledge of Jaipur real estate will be an advantage.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.

Compensation

Fixed Salary + Performance Incentives

Incentives are linked to successful site visits and confirmed bookings.

Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Working Days: 6
Weekly Off: 1
