Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹15,000 per month + performance-based incentives

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and compassionate “NGO Telecaller”  or “non- profit calling”  or “outbound calling” to support our fundraising efforts. The role involves connecting with potential donors over the phone, explaining our social initiatives, and encouraging ethical financial contributions to support meaningful causes.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Make outbound calls to potential and existing donors

·        Clearly explain the NGO’s mission, programs, and impact

·        Persuade donors to contribute funds through ethical communication

·        Handle donor queries, objections, and rejections professionally

·        Maintain accurate records of calls, donor details, and contributions

·        Meet daily/weekly fundraising targets

·        Coordinate with the fundraising team for campaign updates

·        Ensure donor data confidentiality and compliance with NGO policies

·        Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills

·        Strong listening and relationship-building abilities

·        Target-oriented and self-motivated

·        Basic computer skills

Qualifications:

·        Minimum: 12th pass / Graduate preferred

·        Prior experience in telecalling, fundraising, or sales is an advantage

·        Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply

·        Confident and energetic

·        Willingness to learn about NGO projects and campaigns
