Docintosh is a dedicated platform for doctors and medical students. We are building a strong network of healthcare professionals and are looking for a confident telecaller to help us reach more of them.

Role Overview

As a Telecaller, you will be the first point of contact between Docintosh and its prospective users. You will call doctors and medical students, explain the platform, and guide them through registration, while working closely with the internal team to make sure every user has a smooth onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to doctors and medical students from the provided database and leads

• Introduce Docintosh clearly and explain its features and benefits

• Guide and assist users through the registration process on the platform

• Follow up with interested users until their registration is complete

• Answer queries and handle objections politely and professionally

• Coordinate with the internal team (tech, content and operations) to resolve user issues and share feedback

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups and registrations in the CRM or tracking sheet

• Achieve daily and weekly targets for calls and registrations

• Share regular reports on progress, conversions and common user concerns

Requirements

• Graduate in any stream (preferably with an interest in healthcare or education)

• 0-2 years of experience in telecalling, customer support or tele-sales (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome)

• Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi; Marathi or other regional languages are a plus

• Confident, polite and professional telephone manner

• Comfortable speaking with doctors and medical students

• Basic computer skills (MS Excel / Google Sheets, email)

• Good listening skills, patience and persistence

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment and coordinate with a team

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
