Job Description – Telecaller

Position: Telecaller
Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and businesses.

• Introduce and explain BioSoftech’s software products and solutions.

• Generate new leads through calling and online/offline sources.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.

• Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication.

• Schedule product demos and coordinate with the Sales Team.

• Maintain and update lead details, call records, and follow-ups in CRM.

• Handle basic customer queries professionally.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to improve lead conversion.

Requirements

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.

• Good communication skills in Hindi & English.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Good convincing and customer-handling skills.

• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.

• Freshers can apply.

• Experience in Telecalling, Telesales, BPO, Customer Support, or Software Sales will be an advantage.
