We are looking for a Tele Collection Executive / Regional Caller who can communicate with customers regarding pending payments and assist in resolving outstanding dues. The candidate should be fluent in at least one regional language such as Malayalam, Telugu, Tamil, or Odia.

Key Responsibilities:

Call customers to remind them about pending payments or overdue amounts.

Explain payment details and assist customers with repayment options.

Maintain a professional and polite conversation while handling customers.

Update call records and payment commitments in the system.

Follow up with customers regularly to ensure timely payments.

Requirements:

Good communication skills in any one regional language (Malayalam / Telugu / Tamil / Odia) and basic Hindi or English.

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

Basic knowledge of computer and calling systems.

Experience in telecalling or collections will be an added advantage.
