Job Summary

Ayurvedasar is looking for energetic and result-oriented Tele-Sales Closers to connect with interested customers, understand their health concerns, recommend suitable Ayurvedic products, and convert leads into successful orders. Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.

Key Responsibilities

• Call and follow up with customer leads via phone and WhatsApp.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Ayurvedic products.

• Explain product benefits and address customer queries confidently.

• Build trust and handle objections professionally.

• Close sales and guide customers through the ordering process.

• Collect and verify customer details and delivery addresses.

• Update CRM records and maintain follow-up schedules.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.

• Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.

• Comfortable using smartphones, WhatsApp, and CRM systems.

• Ability to handle high call volumes and follow-ups.

• Strong persuasion and relationship-building skills.

Preferred

• Experience in Tele-Sales, Customer Support, D2C, E-commerce, Healthcare, or Wellness Sales.

• Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
