We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Telecalling Executive to join our Visa & Immigration / International Manpower team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, guiding clients regarding visa procedures or overseas job opportunities, and ensuring a smooth customer experience throughout the process.
Make outbound calls to potential clients to explain visa/immigration services or international job opportunities.
Handle inbound calls and respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
Follow up with leads, maintain regular communication, and convert inquiries into registrations.
Provide accurate information on documentation, eligibility criteria, processing timelines, and service fees.
Identify customer needs and guide them with suitable visa categories or manpower opportunities.
Maintain and update lead records in CRM/software.
Achieve monthly targets related to lead conversion, registrations, or sales.
Assist clients in understanding and completing required documents for visa processing or overseas recruitment.
Coordinate with the documentation team to ensure smooth workflow.
Build positive relationships with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Resolve client queries, escalate issues when needed, and ensure timely follow-up.
Work closely with sales, processing, and recruitment teams for timely client updates.
Participate in training sessions to stay updated on visa rules, job requirements, and process changes.
Education: Minimum 10+2; graduation preferred.
Experience: 0–3 years in telecalling, customer service, visa consultancy, or recruitment (freshers can apply depending on company policy).
Communication Skills: Excellent spoken English and Hindi; additional languages are a plus.
Sales Ability: Confident, persuasive, with strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
Computer Skills: Basic MS Office and CRM handling.
Personality: Positive attitude, patience, customer-oriented, and target-driven.
