About the Role

Buzzy Infra Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecallers to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, generating qualified leads, scheduling site visits, and supporting the sales team in converting prospects into buyers.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from company-provided leads.

• Explain residential and commercial real estate projects professionally.

• Understand customer requirements and qualify leads.

• Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.

• Follow up with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp.

• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM or Excel.

• Achieve daily calling, follow-up, and appointment targets.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in Hindi (English communication will be an added advantage).

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, Email).

• Confident, positive attitude, and convincing ability.

• Strong follow-up and customer handling skills.

• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

Eligibility

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.

• Experience in Telecalling, Real Estate, Banking, Insurance, or BPO preferred.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
